Anduril to Acquire Space Surveillance Firm ExoAnalytic
Defense technology company Anduril agreed to acquire space surveillance firm ExoAnalytic Solutions. The deal aims to expand its space tracking and missile defense capabilities.
U.S.-based defense technology company Anduril Industries has agreed to acquire space surveillance and analytics provider ExoAnalytic Solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, and the deal is expected to close following regulatory approvals.
The acquisition will integrate ExoAnalytic’s global network of more than 400 telescopes and its advanced data analytics capabilities with Anduril’s autonomous systems and command‑and‑control technologies. The combined platform is expected to strengthen capabilities in space object tracking, threat detection, and defense coordination.
ExoAnalytic is known for providing modeling and simulation tools for classified U.S. national security space programs. The company also delivers software and expertise supporting missile warning and missile defense initiatives, making it a strategic asset in the growing space defense ecosystem.
Anduril executives said the acquisition will significantly expand the company’s space-focused workforce, with ExoAnalytic engineers joining Anduril projects directly. The move is expected to enhance Anduril’s role in next‑generation space sensing, tracking and battle‑management systems tied to emerging U.S. missile defense initiatives such as the “Golden Dome.”
